Your product data and customer feedback belong strictly to you. We do not sell user data, share information with data brokers, or use third-party behavioral trackers. All data is securely stored on global edge infrastructure.

2. Identity Verification and Anti-Abuse

The platform relies on verified voter identity via email one-time passwords and modern bot protection to prevent vote manipulation and ensure product teams receive authentic customer feedback.

3. Right to Erasure and Forgetfulness (GDPR / CCPA)

We fully honor data subject rights including the right to be forgotten. Upon erasure requests, user comments are redacted, votes are severed from personal identity, and personal records are permanently purged.
